  • How can I get a payment confirmation for my transfer?

    You can request a payment confirmation after your card has been charged for the amount specified in the Confirmation.

  • Can I choose the currency? Can I pay by card?

    The selected currency on our page is the Euro and can not be chosen individually. Payment in cash can be made in Euro or the currency in which the transfer takes place. You can pay by card, but with the added fee of 5%.

  • How can I get an invoice for my company?

    If You need an invoice for Your company, the total amount of the transfer must be paid before the transfer on our bank account, so pls mention it while booking.

  • What should I do if my money was not refunded?

    In case you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 15 days. If there is no notification about the refund, we kindly ask you to contact us via email: info@waytravel.hr

  • Do I need to tip the driver?

    The transfer price does not include a driver's tip. Any extra gratitude for the service of your driver is completely at your discretion, and highly appreciated by the drivers!
